🌟 Getting Started: Our FIT Approach to Onboarding

We want you to feel confident and supported from the moment you say “yes” to joining ModifyHealth.

Our F-I-T for onboarding process, which stands for Foundation, Immersion and Transition, will ensure you have everything you need to succeed at each stage of your journey with us!

📝 Before Day 1: Essential Paperwork

• Once you accept your offer, we’ll send a few pre‑boarding forms. ✍️ These collect the details we need to start your licensure and billing setup right away.
• Completing them early helps ensure your credentialing keeps pace with your training!

🔁 Our F‑I‑T Onboarding Process

We’ve designed onboarding to fit into about 10 paid hours, using a clear, three‑phase approach:

• F — Foundation

  📞 Day 1 - live kickoff call with clinical leadership

  ✅ Complete new‑hire paperwork

  🔐 Get access to all systems (Healthie EMR, Microsoft, etc.)

• I — Immersion

  🖥️ Hands‑on training with Healthie EMR and our other tools

  🍽️ Learn about our medically tailored meal programs

  🛡️ Complete HIPAA, safety and cultural‑competency modules

• T — Transition

  👩‍⚕️ Practice with a test patient in our EMR

  📋 Review program workflows and documentation requirements

  📮 Submit your onboarding invoice

🚀 Go‑Live & Ongoing Support

• Once you’ve completed your test patient and final review, you’re ready!
• Start seeing patients with full support from your clinical leads and mentors!
