We pay on a biweekly schedule and keep invoicing simple and transparent.

Each invoice includes clear line items to support your records for certifications, hours, or other professional needs.

You’ll receive your invoice, review it, and upload it to the payroll site — that’s it!

✅ Core Pay

Our RD rate is a range starting at $48 per patient hour up to $60+ per patient hour for top performers.

Most RDs at MH start around $56 per patient hour.

NOTE: That rate includes your documentation and admin time

Example with $56 pay rate:

• $56/hour for patient care
  • Every patient-facing hour includes $47 for clinical care + $9 for charting/admin work
  • This ensures your documentation and behind-the-scenes time are valued, not ignored!
• $47/hour for non-patient-facing work
  • Includes mandatory meetings, trainings, and other admin time.

👉 In short:

Every patient hour = total hourly rate

Every non-patient hour = $40-49
